Earning a black belt at MASTERS is not only a fun way to exercise but also teaches a child the importance of long term fitness.

Learning how to protect yourself is essential.  Whether that mean standing up for yourself against a bully or later in life defending against a serious life threatening attack.

The Self Defense techniques a child learns at MASTERS and the mentality for defense that they develop are priceless.

While it usually takes around 4 years to earn a black belt, at MASTERS the training is always fun and exciting.

In addition we increase the level of challenge as  the student progresses through the ranks so that they are always motivated.
